About Services

You can book online through our website or call/WhatsApp +92-309-444-2927 between 9 AM and 7 PM (Mon–Fri). Our staff will guide you through scheduling a convenient time for an online or in-person visit. 

A standard consultation fee is Rs. 3,000. This covers the full session (60 minutes). We will inform you if there are any additional charges (e.g. specialized testing). Payment methods include bank transfer or on-site payment. 

Yes. Telepsychiatry is widely recognized (APA-backed) as an effective way to deliver psychiatric care. Our telehealth platform is encrypted and complies with privacy standards. The virtual session is just as private as an office visit, ensuring confidentiality at every step. 

Our practice is not equipped for immediate crisis intervention. If you feel unsafe or have acute psychiatric symptoms (e.g. suicidal thoughts or panic attacks), please call Pakistan’s emergency services right away (dial 1122 or 115), or visit the nearest hospital emergency department.

About Doctors

Initial evaluations typically last about 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually 30–60 minutes, depending on your needs. We allow extra time for new patients to discuss history and questions without rushing. 

Currently, Dr. Aftab’s services are privately paid. We do not directly bill insurance. (You may submit receipts to your insurer if you have outpatient coverage.) We accept various digital payments for your convenience. 

Absolutely. Dr. Aftab adheres to international ethical guidelines. Your personal information and treatment details are kept strictly confidential, whether in-person or online. You have control over what is shared. 

No referral is needed. You can directly schedule an appointment. Feel free to bring any previous medical records or lab reports you have.
